Joining

Come Join Us....

We have beginners join all of the time, so if you would like to join, just do the following:

Find the nearest club to you by looking at the training times here
Come along to the lesson about 10 minutes before it starts

You can either watch a class to see if its what you want to take part in, or alternatively you can join in straight away and see first hand what we do, just:

Speak to the chief instructor and let him know you would like to join
Wear light training bottoms, socks and a t-shirt
